QUESTIONS ABOUT SHOPPING? HOW TO PREPARE!


 

Q. HOW CAN I SHOP EARLY?
A. Volunteers get to shop first – before anyone else by helping for a 3 hour shift of their choosing. Consignors shop next by getting 2 passes for the Consignor PreSale when they Drop Off their tagged items. Please see our Consignor and Volunteer webpages for pre-sale shopping times.
Q. MAY I BRING MY CHILDREN TO THE SALE?
 A. While children are allowed at the sale, we encourage shoppers to come without them as the sale will be crowded.  However, they must remain with you at all times. Please do not allow them to play with the toys or equipment unless you plan on purchasing the item. NO STROLLERS ARE ALLOWED DURING SALE HOURS.
Q. IS THERE AN ENTRANCE FEE?
A. For the Public Sale on Friday and Saturday – Nope! Free admission & free parking. The Boutique Charity Night has a $25 entrance donation to charity.  
Q. WHAT METHODS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?
A. We accept Cash, Debit, Visa and Mastercard.
Q. CAN I BRING A SHOPPING BASKET?
A. Sure – but it’s probably easier not having to have your bags checked and just using our awesome IKEA shopping bags!
Q. WILL YOU HAVE BRAND NEW ITEMS OR JUST -- USED ITEMS?
A. We certainly do get some brand new items with their tags still attached.
Q. WHY ARE IDENTICAL ITEMS PRICED DIFFERENTLY?
A. Great question – The consignors price their own items. This is another amazing reason to Volunteer – you get first dibs at identical items – wouldn’t you choose the cheaper one?!
Q. WILL THE SALE GO ON IF IT RAINS OR SNOW?
A. The sale will go on regardless of the weather. The sale is indoors. We actually had it during a blizzard one year!
Q. CAN I RETURN AN ITEM?
A. No, all sales are final. No exceptions.
